HVG Manufacturing announces business sale to Acrilam Australia

HVG is pleased to announce the sale of our HVG Manufacturing operation to Acrilam Australia, effective 11th April, 2025. The HVG Manufacturing business will cease operations from the 10th April and all HVG brands, including Wilsonart, will remain the property of HVG and do not form part of the sale.
This strategic decision aligns with our long-term vision, allowing us to focus on our core strength, distribution, while ensuring that our direct customers continue to receive the highest level of expertise in manufacturing through Acrilam Australia.
HVG Manufacturing has been committed to delivering premium products and outstanding service, and by selling the operation to Acrilam Australia, a company with extensive knowledge in this field, we are confident that our customers will experience a seamless transition.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our dedicated HVG Manufacturing employees whose roles will transition to Acrilam. Their expertise and commitment have been invaluable, and we are pleased to see them continue their journey with Acrilam.
